I am very happy that FT highlighted this case not only because it is a good one but also because it spotlights on although it might be difficult, leading innovation successfully in really big companies is possible. How important is opening / renewing business not only for growth but also to make sustainable business? :)

That's a catchy quote but I have two problems with it. By definition it is not possible to learn from an idiot only perhaps in the context of idiots (humans are pretty bad at learning from mistakes). Then, I'd suggest being able to learn with idiots is even rarer than having wise man around, otherwise there wouldn't be any idiots by now.

It is amazing! Attention now.

I am glad to see Mr. Cohen recommends Godin. I find it quite interesting that many of the leaders of companies have read him and very seldom any of the others. Correlation?

I have recently found your site and like what I see. I am nearly done with my graduate studies, thank the Lord, and I have an affinity with social media use in business, creative, and sustainability. I have found a place that deals with all three. BTW, Godin is in the NY area and is having a "nano-MBA," it may be worth checking out.
